We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Privacy Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Data Privacy Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization's data privacy policies and procedures are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. You will work closely with our legal and IT teams to develop and implement effective data privacy strategies, and you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on our data privacy performance.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data privacy policies and procedures in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Work closely with our legal and IT teams to ensure that our data privacy strategies are effective and up-to-date

Monitor and report on our data privacy performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary

Conduct data privacy impact assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating risks
-
Provide training and support to our employees on data privacy best practices
-
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data privacy laws and regulations, and ensure that our policies and procedures are in compliance
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a data analyst, with a focus on data privacy

Strong knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR and CCPA
-
Experience developing and implementing data privacy policies and procedures
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Relevant certifications, such as CIPP/E or CIPP/US, are a plus
