Our client seeks an experienced privacy and data protection attorney with experience in data security, cybersecurity and related technology.  Responsibilities include:

• Providing counsel on regulatory and cybersecurity breaches, particularly in the financial services, media, and healthcare sectors, and in connection with the Firm’s Artificial Intelligence & Data Practice
• Specifically, the successful candidate will be involved in drafting data collection, use, transfer, and sharing practices and agreements in regulatory and non-regulatory environments
• Developing and updating client-facing privacy notices and consent documentation, corporate policies and procedures for privacy, data, and information security
• Advising on company internal and external audits and assessments; and addressing and responding to data security issues and breaches
• Experience with Generative and Non-Generative AI technologies requirements would be beneficial. Portable business preferred. 
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $250,000 - $325,000.  The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors, including, but not limited to, job experience, familiarity with and experience in the legal industry, skillset and other requirements as set forth on the job description.  To the extent applicable, please note that the salary range does not include health, life, or other employer-provided insurance; paid or unpaid time off, such as sick or vacation days, leaves of absence; contributions toward retirement or savings funds, such as 401(k) plans; commission; equity; or bonuses.
