Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to join our team. As a designer, you will be responsible for creating drawings and plans using CAD software. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret design specifications will be crucial in this role. If you have a strong background in design/drafting and are proficient in CAD software, we encourage you to apply. Must be able to take a project from concet design to final construction documents for permitting. Must ave high level of experience in residential construction, flood zone design and construction and detailed methods and means. Experience with the permitting process is a huge plus. Project management experience a plys as well. This is a great oppurtunity to get involved in a mall design/build firm with room to grow.

Duties:

- Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on design specifications

- Collaborate with owner to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs

- Review and revise drawings as necessary to meet project requirements

- Incorporate changes and modifications into existing drawings

- Maintain organized files and documentation of all drawings

- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, estimating and project management.

Skills:

- Proficiency in CAD software

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
