Responsibilities

• Lead at least one engineering related project
• Manage and complete project phases and processes
• Address internal and external customer needs and questions
• Interact with multidisciplinary teams and organize production/development trialsas needed
• Organize test data and prepare presentations, project summaries, reports, and analyses
• Work with others to assist in the development and implementation of capital projects that will reduce costs and improve operating efficiency
• Provide engineering support for new equipment upgrades and special projects in the Thermoforming Department
• Assist Product Development with engineering support for new product lines
• Convert PDF manufacturing prints into editable 2D and 3D models
• Convert and combine single PDF's into binder files for maintenance manuals
• Look for improvements that can be made and implement them
• Comply with all company Environmental Health and Safety and Department of Health requirements

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an engineering program, preferably at the junior/senior level.
• Working knowledge of MS office and Windows. SW and Auto Cad knowledge preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Visual acuity of at least 20/50 distance (corrected or uncorrected) and a minimal near vision ability to read 10-12 point font at a distance of 12-18 inches.
