We are looking for an experienced Non-Profit Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program development, cultivation of new partnerships with other agencies and community leaders, and grant budget management. Capacity to develop and implement strategies to maximize community engagement is essential. The AMOR Wellness Center (AWC) Manager will be responsible for analyzing data, developing budgets, managing staff, and ensuring that all financial goals are met. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders. Fluent Spanish, both written and spoken, is required.
