The Top Program Executive (Non-Profit) manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function.     We are looking for an experienced Non-Profit Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program development, cultivation of new partnerships with other agencies and community leaders, and grant budget management. Capacity to develop and implement strategies to maximize community engagement is essential. The AMOR Wellness Center (AWC) Manager will be responsible for analyzing data, developing budgets, managing staff, and ensuring that all financial goals are met. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders. Fluent Spanish, both written and spoken, is required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the ED to Develop a strategic plan for the AWC with measurable goals.
    • Track and report measurable outcomes
    • Develop and implement strategies to maximize both the number of programs and their community engagement.
    • Create an annual budget for the AWC including sources of funding and fundraising goals.
    • Manage the budget and resources to ensure sustainability
    • Cultivate new partnerships with agencies and community stakeholders
    • Nurture existing relationships and partnerships
    • Oversees fundraising and community engagement events
    • Identifies grant opportunities, submits LOIs and proposals/applications
    • Writes and submits required grant reports
    • Monitors compliance with proposal objectives and funder objectives.
    • Create and sustain major donor strategies, tracking interaction and follow-up
    • Foramal presentations to both the AMOR and AMOR Wellness Center Board of Directors
    • Remain competent and current through self-directed professional reading

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $69,837.00 - $76,848.00 per year
