Top Program Executive (Non-Profit) provides leadership, direction, and resources to implement non-profit programs and develop the teams that support the organization's mission, vision, and goals. POSITION: WrapAround Assistant
REPORTS TO: Principal and WrapAround Site Director
QUALIFICATIONS:
Assistants may be instructed to work at various sites to meet the needs of our Program. Hours are determined by the Director of WrapAround Services based on enrollment.
During the school year, Assistants must be available to work 2-6pm, Monday through Friday according to the CCS calendar. Afternoon work hours may fluctuate to meet the needs of enrolled children.
Summer camp work hours vary and will be between 6am-6pm, Monday - Friday.
Assistants independently maintain appropriate supervision of a group of 13-18 children as defined by the NC Child Care regulations and plan and conduct age-appropriate activities.
Maintain proper supervision of students at all times in accordance with Section .1800 of the NC Child Care Regulations and the Parent Handbook for WrapAround Services. Provide appropriate discipline when needed and in accordance with Section .1800 of the NC Child Care Regulations and the Parent Handbook for WrapAround Services.
Assist the Director in keeping the program area clean which includes sweeping, mopping and sanitizing floors, tables and bathrooms; maintaining proper use and storage of school equipment.
Assist the Director with food service and associated sanitation tasks
Handle discipline problems according to the WrapAround discipline policies.
Organize and maintain activity areas, materials and supplies, and equipment needed for daily activities.
Keep the Site Director advised of equipment and materials to be replaced or repaired.
Other duties as assigned by the Site Director, Lead Assistant, or Director of WrapAround Services.
