Top Program Executive (Non-Profit) provides leadership, direction, and resources to implement non-profit programs and develop the teams that support the organization's mission, vision, and goals. Ensures that programs operate efficiently and pursues opportunities to expand and develop new programs. Being a Top Program Executive (Non-Profit) utilizes data-driven analysis and forecasting to measure and evaluate the performance of programs, assesses needs, and ensures that program objectives are achieved. Creates and executes a strategic development plan to help the organization meet its operational and fundraising goals. Additionally, Top Program Executive (Non-Profit) is responsible for the success of special events, community outreach initiatives, and fundraising activities. Acts as a spokesperson and represents the programs at events. May oversee the grant process. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Program Executive (Non-Profit) manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Top Program Executive (Non-Profit) typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Grounds Assistant - Lansing/Mason

  • General duties include knowledge of ergonomic practices and be able to perform physically changeling work such as weeding, pruning and fertilization, annual planting and spreading mulch. Must be able to operated lawn cutting equipment, trimming devices and other basic landscaping equipment. Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather. Position reports to Grounds Supervisor

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS – ESSENTIALS FUNCTIONS

    Report to and follow the directions of the grounds supervisor.

    Effectively communicate with management, peers, supervisors, clients and vendors.

    Moving large quantities of mulch, top soil, pavers and stone with appropriate equipment.

    Move shrubs, trees, plants and be able to properly maintain.

    Mowing grass, operating string trimmers around mulch beds, edging sidewalks and curbs and blow clipping from paved surfaces.

    Immediately report all accidents, incidents, damages and client concerns to your supervisor.

    Maintain truck, clean all tools, supplies, and equipment after each use and store in their proper place.

    Load and unload supplies and equipment.

    Work in multiple locations.

    Adhere to all applicable safety practices.

    Promote and exhibit Company culture and values.

    Ensure facilities are clean projecting a positive image of the Company.

    Other duties as assigned by management.

    ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

    Must be able to pass a background check.

    High school Diploma is preferred.

    Ability to work flexible hours.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    Sustained periods of standing, walking, kneeling, bending, twisting and some repetitive arm and hand motion.

    Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.

    Ability to sustain physically demanding outdoor work in all types of weather conditions.

    Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
