Top Program Executive (Non-Profit) provides leadership, direction, and resources to implement non-profit programs and develop the teams that support the organization's mission, vision, and goals. Ensures that programs operate efficiently and pursues opportunities to expand and develop new programs. Being a Top Program Executive (Non-Profit) utilizes data-driven analysis and forecasting to measure and evaluate the performance of programs, assesses needs, and ensures that program objectives are achieved. Creates and executes a strategic development plan to help the organization meet its operational and fundraising goals. Additionally, Top Program Executive (Non-Profit) is responsible for the success of special events, community outreach initiatives, and fundraising activities. Acts as a spokesperson and represents the programs at events. May oversee the grant process. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Program Executive (Non-Profit) manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Top Program Executive (Non-Profit) typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     EMPLOYEE STATUS: Exempt (minimum 37.5 hour/week)

    GENERAL SUMMARY
    Provides general project management support for the client leadership and staff. Provide management of projects, programs, systems and technology integral to the successful operation of specific clients.

    Project Management:
    • Facilitate and moderate educational webinars by creating and managing the production timelines, communicating with and collecting paperwork from subject matter experts, running the online webinar software, collecting and analyzing attendee feedback and demographics, and helping to analyze the success of the webinars
    • Manage the planning and implementation of programs as assigned including creating and managing timelines, communicating with and collecting paperwork from faculty, scheduling and facilitating videoconferences, following processes and policies associated with the programs, disseminating surveys, and reporting of educational outcomes data
    • Manage the implementation of necessary and applicable technologies associated with project management of client programs
    General:
    • Assist the appropriate senior manager/manager as needed
    • Other duties as assigned
    Education/Experience Required:
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
    • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills required.
    • Word processing and spreadsheet skills in MS Office environment essential.
    • Professional demeanor and attention to detail necessary including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with using databases for tracking and reporting and web-meeting services technologies a plus.
    Other Requirements:
    • Some evening and weekend work may be required
    • Occasional lifting, up to 50 pounds
    • Possible travel, up to four (4) weeks per year 
    *This position is located in downtown Milwaukee, WI and dedicated weekly days in the office are a requirement of the role.
