Responsibilities:
Calendar and Task Management: Masterfully manage the CEO's schedule and task list, ensuring all deadlines are met and priorities are appropriately addressed.
Note Taking: Attend meetings and take meticulous notes, capturing key discussion points, action items, and decisions to keep everyone aligned and informed.
Document Preparation: Assist with drafting and proofreading legal documents, correspondence, and reports, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, including transportation and accommodations, for the CEO's business trips.
File Organization: Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring easy access to documents and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Research Support: Conduct general research as needed, compiling relevant information and preparing summaries to support decision-making.
Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, update materials and presentations, and provide logistical support during meetings, including note-taking and follow-up on action items.
Expense Management: Track expenses, process invoices, and reconcile statements, maintaining accurate records and assisting with budget management.
Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks and projects ensuring timely completion and effective collaboration with outside teams
Personal Assistant Duties: Assist with personal tasks such as running errands, coordinating household maintenance, sending client gifts, and managing the CEO's schedule outside of work commitments.
