We are looking for dependable people to take care of our buildings and carry out minor janitorial cleaning. The goal is to keep you safe, then we'll keep the buildings clean. All tasks can be trained, the only qualification is to be a dependable person.

$150.00 PER MONTH PERFORMANCE BONUSES PAID TO THOSE WHO EARN IT

Shift is Monday thru Friday starting at 3:30pm, the general ending time is 12:00am.

Janitorial Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms, break rooms, and restrooms
• Cooperate with all employer and customer staff
• Follow all employer/customer health and safety regulations

Janitorial Skills

• Slight knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• Dependable and likeable
• Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
