We are experts at starting conversations geared toward making a lasting change, and to continue providing for our charity partners, we are hiring an Entry Level Event Assistant to join our team immediately.

We encourage collaboration and train every member of our Event Team on the entire event and campaign development process. Our Entry Level Event Assistant works closely with our clients to create new opportunities for growth. From managing compliance, coordinating schedules, and building rapport, the Entry Level Event Assistant does it all.

Entry Level Event Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist with community focused outreach events aimed at delivering our charity partners core message to potential donors
• Effectively communicate with community members to increase donations
• Assist donors with registration and enable ongoing communication and support, so they are up to date on program initiatives and milestones
• Accept and accurately notate donations
• Receive ongoing training, coaching, and support by attending daily meetings, networking sessions, and one-on-one mentorship

Entry Level Event Assistant Requirements:

• Passion for philanthropy, charitable organizations, giving back to local communities, and most importantly, working with people!
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy
• Positive, competitive, and coachable mindset
• Well-spoken, confident, articulate, and genuine personality
• Strong public speaking skills
• Proven work ethic and self-motivated
• Candidates that can start immediately are highly preferred

Pay: From $500.00 per week
