Real Estate Cold Caller (Commission-Based)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our real estate team as a Commission-Based Cold Caller. The primary responsibility of this role is to initiate contact with potential leads through outbound calls and effectively communicate our real estate services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a confident demeanor, and the ability to build rapport quickly. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our sales pipeline and drive growth in the real estate business while earning commission-based compensation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective leads generated through various sources.
• Introduce our real estate services and offerings to potential clients in a clear and compelling manner.
• Qualify leads based on specific criteria and identify potential opportunities for further engagement.
• Build and maintain a database of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Follow up with leads through multiple communication channels to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up actions and schedule appointments for property viewings or consultations.
• Provide regular updates on call activities, lead interactions, and outcomes to the sales manager.
• Continuously develop and refine cold calling scripts and strategies to improve effectiveness and maximize conversion rates.
• Stay informed about market trends, real estate regulations, and competitive offerings to effectively address client inquiries and objections.
• Represent our brand professionally and uphold the highest standards of integrity and customer service in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with real estate terminology and industry practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
