  • Job Summary:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of the properties, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and maximizing occupancy rates.

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing rental properties, including finding and screening tenants, collecting rent, and working in conjunction with the Maintenance Department to handle any maintenance requests.
    • Setting rental rates and ensuring properties are rented at competitive market prices.
    • Communicate with the Maintenance Department to address any issues related to upkeep, repairs, or renovations.
    • Enforce leasing agreements and handling evictions as necessary.
    • Keeping financial records and preparing budgets for properties.
    • Acting as a liaison between property owners and tenants, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
    • Showing rental properties to prospective tenants.
    • Conducting move-in and move-out inspections for incoming and outgoing tenants.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    • Stay updated on federal, state, and local housing regulations to ensure compliance

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Montana Property Management License highly preferred. If not currently licensed, must be able and willing to obtain licensing within 1 year of employment.
    • 2-4 years of experience in an administrative office setting required.
    • 2 years of property management experience preferred, but not required.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Able to work in a fast paced, high stress environment.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proven ability to handle conflict management situations with professionalism and diplomacy.

    This position is not eligible for remote work.
