Telos Property Investments is a faith and discipleship driven real estate investment company. What we do is buy and sell single and multi-family properties. Why we do it is to bring people together to pursue their telos. We are looking for somebody who walks the walk of faith that will play a critical support role in bringing life to this organization.
A famous architect was commissioned to build a magnificent church in the mid 17th century. While building the structure, he came upon three bricklayers and asked them a simple question.
“What are you doing”
The first replied, "I am laying bricks to feed my family."
The second looked up and said, "I am building an important wall of the church."
The third stood tall with vigor in his stance and said, "I am building a cathedral in which people will come from all around to worship the almighty God."
The first two bricklayers are performing a task that is commendable. Respectable. Yet they fail to see the connection to the bigger picture. It is the third bricklayer that has purpose beyond himself in the task that is before him.
