Our Account Executive position provides a clear path for talented sales people to reach a six-figure income quickly (Within 3-12 months) and without real estate experience.

The AE role at Property Pals is the starting point for a lucrative, fulfilling career in real estate. In the role of AE you will spend your first 3-12 months generating in person appointments and phone appointments for our acquisitions team. While you are performing this role you will also begin receiving training on real estate valuation, property condition, construction requirements and sales tactics and techniques that will prepare you for a role as an acquisitions manager.

Those that excel as an account executive, show that they are coachable and teachable, learn what is required of an acquisitions manager and show a tremendous work ethic will be given the opportunity to advance quickly and earn life changing income. Here is the path to a six-figure income:

1. Work your tail off and become a highly productive Account Executive (3-12 months) while earning 45k - 70k your first year.

2. Become a Virtual Buying Manager (VBM) purchasing real estate over the phone in multiple markets (Months 4-24) while earning 100k - 125k.

3. Become an in home acquisitions manager running our in-home appointments or become a team leader / mentor to our VBM's and earn 150k plus per year.
