Assigned Duties
1) Perform maintenance duties, including electrical, plumbing, dry wall, appliance repairs, improvements, and other maintenance duties.
2) Get units rent ready when they are vacated.
3) Complete sidewalk snow removal for 2” or less.
4) Maintain the grounds by picking up trash, maintain trash receptacles, and pull weeds every week.
5) Perform inspections of grounds and tenant units with the Site Managers and/or Regional Managers.
6) Provide efficient customer service to residents.
Position Summary
The Maintenance & Grounds Technician is responsible for assisting the Site Manager in performing all duties and functions required for the efficient operation of their apartment and townhome communities. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of apartment and townhome communities. Additionally, the Maintenance Technician must ensure the proper operation of all appliances, heating and cooling units, and light fixtures.

Must have hand tools to use on the job site.
