Job Overview:MAXX Property Management, one of the fastest-growing property management companies in Utah, Western Idaho, and Arizona, is seeking a driven, motivated individual to fill a Single Family Property Manager role. This position is based in our corporate office in Lehi, UT, and will require frequent travel to our single-family homes spread across Utah, primarily in Utah County and expanding into Salt Lake County. A company vehicle will be provided for travel. The Single Family Property Manager plays a key role in achieving our goal of creating a personalized and exceptional experience for all our current and potential residents. A Utah Real Estate License is preferred for this role.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for all our single-family properties;
- Use problem-solving skills to assist in the management of the properties;
- Coordinate and conduct showings for prospective residents;
- Manage the move-in and move-out process, ensuring smooth transitions for residents;
- Be responsive to all resident and owner inquiries via phone, email, and text message;
- Assist Operations Manager with all other duties, as needed;
- Oversee the entire onboarding process for new properties, ensuring seamless transitions and transactions for owners;
- Follow up and maintain communication with owners during the onboarding process, addressing any concerns and providing updates.
Experience and Skills:- 1 years of experience in Sales;
- Utah Real Estate License is preferred;
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications;
- Experience with AppFolio property management software is a plus;
- Self-starter, motivated, and able to work autonomously;
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Effective and professional communication abilities;
- Driven to provide excellent customer service;
- Positive and open-minded attitude;
- Problem-solving skills.
