If you are looking for a growing company that always promotes from within their organization and empowers their employees to be successful in their craft as well as monetarily then you need to apply to see if you could be our next Project Manager.Job Responsibilities:· Prepare detailed accurate estimates for materials, labor, and equipment according to Client’s scope of work· Conduct meetings with sub-contractors to determine timeline, permits needed and set expectations· Prepare project bid status reports to ensure compliance with all specifications and contract statements of work and bid invitations.· Provide management and support to sub-contractors to keep the job moving and ensure timelines are being met.· Walk open jobs on a weekly basis, provide updates to corporate office staff and clients· Identify challenges, problems and client concerns and provide solutions.Job Requirements:· High School diploma or equivalent· Minimum 2-5 years construction management experience· Thorough knowledge of general construction and estimating· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment running multiple jobs that are in different phases of construction at once.· Knowledge of local and state building codes and permit requirements· Ability to read, understand and organize construction plans and specifications· Must be computer literate with basic to advanced knowledge in Microsoft office as well as the ability to learn new cloud base software.· Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail is crucial· Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass criminal background check and drug testCompensation and Benefits:· Competitive base salary plus lucrative quarterly bonus program.· Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance (company pays for ½ of employee’s portion of Medical and Dental); Great 401(K) Plan with company match up to 4% (Traditional & Roth plans available); Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays· Company Vehicle and Gas Card provided as well as laptop and cell phone· Employee friendly company culture
