Riverbend Rentals and Property Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technicians.
Candidates absolutely must be available during the last few days and the first few days of each month for turnover work. They must also be willing to take emergency service calls on a rotating basis.
Candidates must be able to do basic home maintenance, such as toilet repair, painting, cleaning, basic electrical, basic plumbing, and basic HVAC and appliance troubleshooting.
We manage properties all over the a Chippewa Valley including some properties in Menomonie, Ellsworth and Independence. Mileage and drive-time is paid and reliable vehicle is an absolute must.
Our Maintenance Manager will meet with all qualified applicants and test their skills and knowledge to find the right person for this position.
Applicants must have a valid drivers' license, reliable transportation, and insurance. Applicants must pass a background check, due to the nature of this position.
Pay is weekly and this rate of pay for this position is $18-$22 per hour. Vacation is earned per hour worked and holidays are paid.
