Requirements to include:COVID Vaccination required;Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine; Current PA License; Current DEA License; Knowledge of Electronic Health Records; Ability to provide quality, comprehensive, continuity of medical care in a compassionate manner with minimum supervision.
