    The Work:

    Accentures Global Advisor Relations Program is an important resource for our sales teams for Advisor -led deal pursuits, empowering them with the resources, information, and tools they need to establish trust-based sustainable relationships. At the same time, the Global Advisor Relations Program team will help Advisors understand Accentures unique capabilities, offerings and what differentiates us from our competitors increasing the likelihood that they will recommend our services to clients.

    Be a key contributor to help us achieve our sales plan, and in building a strong foundation for future growth. The Advisor Relations programs mission and strategy include:

    • Elevate, broaden, and deepen Accentures relationships with key Advisory Firms.
    • Enable the Advisory community to fully understand and support Accentures strategy, capabilities, and offerings.
    • Engage with Advisors to position Accenture as a trusted service provider and thought leader to increase the pipeline and win rates of Advisor-led sales pursuits.
    • Connect and support Accenture sales teams with Advisors in the markets they serve.
    • Support Market Leads in Sales Origination, Deal Coaching and general sales support.
    • Establish and maintain Advisor Relationships.
    • Engage Advisors to position Accenture as a trusted service provider and thought leader, leveraging subject matter experts and sales leadership.
    • Educate, with the assistance of Markets and Services, including Industries, the Advisor community on Accenture capabilities and differentiation as well as coordinate Advisor briefings and workshops.
    • Connect Accenture sales teams with Advisors in the markets they serve to drive potential opportunities.
    • Recommend appropriate Advisors to clients looking for a market perspective on a sole-sourced deal.
    • Provide deal coaching to sales teams, including relationship hand-offs, back-channel communications, briefing the sales team about the Advisor, and general consultative support regarding best practices for that Advisory Firm.
    • Develop and maintain a best practice repository and translate that into a set of materials and trainings to build capability across Accenture.
    • Track and report all Advisor individual and deal interactions; mine data to keep relationship map current.
    • Measure the pipeline growth, wins, and win rates of Advisor led client opportunities.
    • Will be required to travel periodically.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 8 years in sales or business development work.
    • A minimum of 5 years in the field of advisor relations.
    • Bachelor's degree

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • An MBA or similar masters degree
    • Experience working with professional services industry.
    • Experience working on large, global, and complex multi-million-dollar opportunities containing multiple lines of work.
    • Flexibility to adjust work hours according to business needs (e.g., for virtual meetings with team members in other time zones).
    • Executive presence and successful record of advising senior leadership and managing stakeholder relationships.
    • English language proficiency at Advanced or Mastery level.

    Professional Skills:

    • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.     California $161,200 to $399,500

    Colorado $161,200 to $345,200

    New York $149,300 to $399,500

    Washington $171,700 to $367,500
