JOB GOALS:
Secretary (Superintendent/School Board): To assure the smooth and efficient operations of the Superintendent’s office and Board processes and procedures for maximum positive impact on the education of students.
Public Relations: To implement the district’s communication plans and strategies to continually enhance the relationship between the district and staff, students, parents, and community by providing consistent, reliable, timely and engaging information via a variety of outreach methods.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Salary and work year established by NBCSD School Board
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with the provisions of the Board’s policy on Evaluation of Certified Personnel.
