    Position Summary

    The Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the customer in-store experience; The Sales Representative also answers the telephone and helps maintain and organize customer files, store records and promotional materials; ensures showroom appearance meets company standards; participates in outbound telemarketing to existing and potential customers.

    Principal Responsibilities

    Acquire and Maintain Customers
    Clerical functions, including but not limited to office management and file maintenance.
    Create price tags.
    Customer payments and data entry in VersiRent computer program
    Greets customers and facilitates in-store sales.
    Inbound/Outbound sales calls
    Maintain professional appearance.
    Maintains showroom appearance.
    Resolves customer service concerns as they arise.
    Responsible for answering phones.
    All other duties deemed necessary for effective store management.

    Essential Requirements
    Answer telephone to company standards; must be able to communicate company products and programs to potential customers over telephone and in-person.
    Build and maintain files to company standards and policy.
    Intermediate math skills
    Excellent phone skills
    Must be able to explain product features and benefits.
    Must be able to explain terms of rental/lease agreement to customer.
    Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in person and over telephone.
    Must be organized.
    Must be able to work overtime.

    General Physical Requirements

    Routine lifting, loading, and moving of merchandise up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
    Stooping, bending, pulling, climbing, reaching, and grabbing as required
