AquaPhoenix Scientific is seeking a Purchasing Manager to join our team to support, develop, and execute purchasing strategies for the environmental and water treatment industry as well as STEM education kits. This role is responsible for the day-to-day development and management of the company’s purchasing strategies ensuring effective oversight of the supply chain and procurement process.
The Purchasing Manager will work closely with the Director of Procurement and Supply Chain Management and procurement team to provide reliable and cost-effective strategies through appropriate and ethical sourcing, negotiations, and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in purchasing a wide variety of commodities, materials, supplies, equipment, and services.
