Compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products by performing the following duties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned
- Selects products for testing at specified stages of the Painting and Conversion Coating processes; testing is conducted on product and/or approved samples. These tests include: Temperature, Paint Thickness, Paint Adhesion, Concentration Testing, Titration Testing, and P.H Testing.
- Visual Inspects parts for acceptance to customer quality requirements on all conversion lines.
- Sets up and performs destructive and nondestructive tests on materials, parts, or products to measure performance, life, or material characteristics.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management

Education and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) and two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
