You will be responsible for conducting thorough quality checks, implementing quality control measures, and overseeing the turning process to maintain the highest standards in our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
Conduct rigorous quality inspections at various stages of the tote bag manufacturing process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Identify and document defects or deviations from specifications and work with production teams to implement corrective actions.
Turning Process Oversight:
Manage the turning process, ensuring that tote bags are turned inside-out accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with production teams to optimize turning procedures for improved productivity and quality.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of quality control checks and turning processes, including any deviations or issues encountered.
Generate reports summarizing quality performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with production and manufacturing teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective measures.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless workflow and timely resolution of quality-related issues.
Training and Development:
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in quality control is a plus.
Proven experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in textiles or bags.
Familiarity with turning processes and equipment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
