Summary:Performs many tasks related but not limited to the chassis’ on ground, insuring that all quality expectations are met on each one from the receiving of the truck to the delivery of the vehicles to the customer.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)
- Checks in incoming Chassis deliveries from the Mfg and/or customers
- Delivery of the trucks to local dealerships, repair and body shops and transferring them to and from our storage lot.
- Assist’s in unloading freight trucks and checking in product.
- Assists with inventory
- Clean up of the trucks in QC area.
- Fueling the trucks for delivery
Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be very detailed oriented, numbers are important! Must be able to operate a forklift or can train. Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record and be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.Education/Experience:High School Diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Language Ability:Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
