Top Quality Management Executive - Healthcare oversees all aspects of the quality management function for a hospital or other healthcare facility. Develops plans designed to improve the overall quality of the organization's facilities and patient care services. Being a Top Quality Management Executive - Healthcare oversees the implementation of quality improvement efforts designed to improve clinical performance and maintain compliance with JCAHO, HIPAA, and other accreditation standards. Responsible for planning and directing quality policies, programs, and initiatives. Additionally, Top Quality Management Executive - Healthcare requires a MD from an accredited school. Requires a valid state license to practice. Typically requires extensive clinical experience. Typically reports to a top management. The Top Quality Management Executive - Healthcare manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Business Office Manager, Healthcare
A Healthcare company with multiple facilities in the state of West Virginia is seeking a Business Office Manager for a facility in the Moundsville, WV area.
The Business Office Manager is responsible for maintaining corporate business office policies and procedures and direct supervision of the Assistant BOM. The BOM must be able to effectively communicate with the Executive Director, Regional Team, and Business Office Staff as well as interact effectively with external clients such as families, attorneys, and outside agencies.

Qualifications:
- Must have prior billing experience.
- College degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or related field
- Strong Leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast pace environment as a team and also independently.
- Must possess a thorough understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, Managed Care costing and analysis, personnel management, accounts receivable/collections, resident funds, accounts payable, general ledger, and management of information systems.
- Must be computer literate and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel and Word.
