Being a Top Quality Management Executive - Healthcare oversees the implementation of quality improvement efforts designed to improve clinical performance and maintain compliance with JCAHO, HIPAA, and other accreditation standards. Responsible for planning and directing quality policies, programs, and initiatives. Additionally, Top Quality Management Executive - Healthcare requires a MD from an accredited school. Requires a valid state license to practice. Typically requires extensive clinical experience. Typically reports to a top management. The Top Quality Management Executive - Healthcare manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business.     COFK is seeking an experienced leader who believes in Excellence, motivated, looking to be challenged. The Vice President of Revenue Cycle will lead revenue management and drive strategies for maximizing payment while continuously improving systems and processes.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develops written procedures for the centralization and standardization of the revenue cycle; continually monitors changes in workflow as needed to improve productivity.
    • Manages Compliance with all contractual agreements with Third Party Payers. Adheres to all compliance standards in accordance with contracts. Protects company assets in compliance metrics designing systems to meet requirements at all local, state, and federal level.
    • Develops, implements and monitors policies and protocols related to provider verification and ensures compliance with organizational standards. This role requires current, in-depth knowledge of governmental and commercial insurance rules and regulations.
    • Prepares information reports and analysis on a weekly and monthly basis for CFO.
    • Forecasts department staffing needs and manages staffing levels, with a strong focus on developing and retaining strong talent. Develops and manages the department financial budget.
    • Analyzes Profit and Loss statements and Accounts Receivable Aging, recommends changes in course of action.

    Must Have:
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 7 years of healthcare revenue cycle management experience 
    • 5 years of experience in the medical billing and insurance industry including reimbursement, and electronic remittance processing.
