Director of Quality Management
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Director of Quality Management to fill an opening with a Large Health System in San Leandro, CA.
 
Daily Responsibilities for Director of Quality Management:

• DQM will oversee staff performance and training, facility surveys and infection control processes, and related tasks relevant to quality improvement!
• Collaborates with leadership team to be a resource to all staff
• Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

• ASN or BSN
• Active RN License
• 3 Years of experience in Quality or Risk Management – in the Hospital setting

• CPHQ Certification (Certified Professional Healthcare Quality)

Pay Details: $140,000 - $160,000 (flexible up to 200k based on experience) Plus annual bonus up to 15% based on performance
