The Hospital Quality Director will report directly to the COO. Supported by a partnering Director, manager and a quality assurance team of employees, this person will lead a fantastic hospital in their quality improvement and initiatives.
The Hospital Quality Director will be in charge of developing and implementing departmental goals and standards that align with the clinical objectives, goals and values of the hospital. This requires evaluating departmental operations, including patient care and complaint management, to achieve the quality control goals. In addition, the Hospital Quality Director identifies trends, prioritizes and recommends changes to improve risk areas. Most importantly, the Hospital Quality Director will be responsible for creating an environment that promotes safe, outstanding care, and encouraging growth throughout the hospital.
