Our Caldwell office is looking for a professional Real Estate Agent to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. A Real Estate Agent responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
• Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
• Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Requirements

• Licensed real estate agent or enrolled in real estate school. If you are not licensed check out our real estate school. Use WC30 for 30% off.
• Proven track record of sales is plus
• Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
• Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
• Trustworthy and results-driven
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must be 18
