    An Overview of What You’ll Do: 

    • Support the Team Operator in all aspects of their work including building the business, working with their personal clients, calendar and database management, and email/correspondence management.
    • Complete the listing launch and contract to close process for all transactions.
    • Create timelines and follow-up processes/check-ins with agents to ensure all transaction deadlines are met resulting in a timely closing.
    • Provide a world class client experience for clients through phone and email on behalf of the team through contract and beyond.
    • Enter listing data, descriptions, and pictures into MLS.
    • Prepare listing presentations and CMA’s.
    • Coordinate photography, staging, sign installation, and other listing launch functions.
    • Own the collection and input of showing feedback for all listings.
    • Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers.
    • Read all aspects of contracts in order to execute obligations and to maintain accurate and compliant transaction files (inspection reports, receipts, bills, etc.) 
    • Schedule and confirm showings for buyers.
    • Ensure all team receipts are obtained and submitted to the finance team.
    • Manage your lead’s social media accounts.
    • Provide general administrative support including opening and distributing mail, answering phones, maintaining supplies, office equipment, and software.
    • Prepare all marketing mailings.
    • Keep your lead informed regarding any problems or issues that arise and help to develop solutions. 
    • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, PLACE trainings, and Brivity trainings.

    Required Background: 

    • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
    • 1 years experience in an administrative role 
    • Previous real estate experience is required for this role
    • Previous CRM experience is highly preferred, experience in Command is a bonus
    • A real estate license is not required to start this role, but is expected to be obtained within 6 months of employment
    • A valid Oregon driver's license

    Other Details: 

    • Compensation DOE, range from $20.19 to $25.96/hour
    • This role is PART TIME (20-25 hours a week) and will be expected to be in office, Monday through Friday.
