Our results driven, high performing, Real Estate Team is seeking an experienced part time Real Estate Executive Assistant. This role is based in our office in Somerville, NJ.
*Skills and Knowledge Required*
Adaptable and willing to work in response to emerging needs, last minute changes and assist with other projects in an "all-hands-on-deck" manner.
With a proven background in executive administration, the successful candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills together with a meticulous attention to detail. The ability to work, calmly under pressure and to consistently meet hard deadlines is also required.
Demonstrating strong time management skills together with the ability to assess and manage priorities. This role will require you to manage and direct other members of the administrative team.
You must be dependable, able to work independently at a high level, with a sense of urgency. The successful candidate should also possess a solutions-oriented attitude, and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
You will be required to use your own laptop for this role.
