The CEO Executive Assistant works directly with our CEO and President. They are responsible for the organization, coordination, and overseeing of the CEO’s daily commitments, ideas, and projects. The CEO Executive Assistant implements effective and efficient cross-department communication. This candidate excels in organization, note-taking, and tracking and ensures the CEO is prepared for all meetings, commitments, and engagements. This candidate has high initiative and the ability to find creative solutions to problems.

They are highly driven and always looking to improve their personal development. This candidate has excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to sit in for our CEO and make decisions on his behalf. They are someone who invites challenges and works well with tight deadlines.

$14 - $18 per hour depending qualifications

• Manage mass emails.
• Manage CEO’s emails.
• Manage CEO’s schedule/calendar - both work and calendly
• Organize and help with client events.
• Organize and help with the CEO’s personal brand.
• Attend all meetings the CEO requires, take notes, and make sure these notes are forwarded to the necessary recipients, and notes are stored in a manner that makes sense to the CEO and the company.
• Prepare all Meetings the CEO is involved in. Ensuring he has all materials needed for full focus.
• Maintain, organize, and keep track of the CEO’s ideas and implementation progress.
• In unique situations, sitting in for the CEO and make decisions on behalf of him.
• Elevate all necessary information to the CEO.
• Filter requests and/or reroute requests, not requiring the CEO, to appropriate Leadership
• Project and Rock Management, ensuring all parties are on track with the CEO’s ideas.
• Recruitment Database Contact Management, ensuring the CEO has a detailed task list of who to contact and why he should contact.

• Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
• 2 years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
• High school diploma or G.E.D. required
