Provide executive administrative and project support for a team of Commercial Real Estate Brokers including but not limited to:
1. Build, implement and manage all systems for clients, lead generation, database management and back office support.
2. Oversee all listing files and listing marketing (Brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc.)
3. Manage website, blog sites and social media.
4. Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
5. Coordinate the maintenance of all office equipment.
6. Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries and complaints
7. Create, maintain and utilize a complete lead follow-up system.
8. Answer the phones
9. Manage and coordinate day to day office needs – (order coffee, supplies, empty dishwasher etc.)
10. Provide concierge level customer service to clients and customers.
11. Will enter critical dates for property sales on shared Google Calendar.
12. Shall send out weekly reminders of upcoming critical dates via email.
13. To schedule Pipeline meetings accordingly with Agents on any upcoming closings. Will coordinate any needs agent requests.
14. Continue to take day to day office tasks away from the Team, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies.

1. Technology savvy- able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues.
2. Strong computer skills with aptitude to learn and master- MS Office, Bright MLS, Internet, DocuSign, social media and other systems such as, Amazon Drive, Canva, Constant Contact, Google Drive, etc.
