Trades is dedicated to its employees and committed to providing a superior journey from start to finish. We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our team as Trades embarks on an exciting transformation and expansion into new markets.

RESPONSIBILTIES OF THE RECRUITING SPECIALIST:

• Source and screen applicants for various positions daily
• Coordinate with the HR Manager and Recruiting Lead, for all job postings, and assist with posting jobs on platforms
• Assist the Recruiting Lead to help find qualified leads with online tools, data-bases, and search engines
• Work closely with leadership team to understand recruitment needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous recruiting experience is a plus
• Computer and software experience
• The will and desire to work on new recruiting projects

The Recruiting Specialist is a strategic addition to the Trades team and will join at an exciting time. Initially reporting to the Heather our HR manager. The Recruiting Specialist will assist on all recruiting activities for the business and help shape the future of our growing organization.
