Job Description:

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our talent acquisition team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process and timely communication. This also includes handling travel arrangements and logistics planning.
• Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Job Postings: Create and publish job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates and manage candidate inquiries and applications.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks such as maintaining the active open requisition list, collecting necessary pre-employment paperwork, preparing formal interview schedules, putting together offer letter details and sending to the respective HR division, and providing support to the internal recruiters, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
