Job Opportunity: Seeking a Dynamic General Manager

Responsibilities Include:

• Opening and managing hotel operations during limited hours.
• Delegating tasks across various departments.
• Maintaining communication with the Corporate Office.
• Handling incoming calls from guests and potential clients.
• Overseeing room inspections conducted by Housekeeping and Maintenance.
• Addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively.
• Providing ongoing training and support to staff members.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in Hotel or restaurant Management, preferably in a limited-service hotel.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on effective communication and follow-through.
• Possession of a ServeSafe card.
• Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends.
