JOB SUMMARY:
This role is a great position for a recruiter wanting to expand their skills in the HRBP space.The primary responsibility of theroleis to source, identify, screen, and interview candidates through proactive recruiting techniques. The Recruiter determines if each candidate has the necessary skills to warrantprogressthrough the recruiting process and if the candidate should be hired. He/she is also responsiblefor working with key business leaders to develop strategic plans on hiring trends. They are to be an added resource to the business. They are an important part of the company’s growth.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Develop and implement recruiting plans to source top talent, to include, but not limited to job fairs, community outreach and onlineplatforms
• Gather requirements from managers and develop job postings andadvertisements
• Screen and interview candidates for direct-hire placement within the company
• Manage a consistent flow of candidates to ensure headcount requirements are being met and/or exceeded.
• Document and maintain all candidate and contract information within our applicant trackingsystem
• Work in a team environment to provide multiple coverage overcontacts
• Provide training to our managers from a recruitingstandpoint
• Assist business managers in developing employee communication plans.
• In conjunction with finance, understand and manage headcount fluctuations and reporting.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, verbal, and negotiationskill
• Must possess critical thinking, strong planning, time management, and organizationalskills
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet individual and businessgoals
• Ability to work well in a team-basedenvironment

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Preferred:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5 or more years of experience in Recruiting in a related or similar field.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to work a minimum of a 40-hour workweek, plus additional as required to complete assignments on a timely basis.Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time; must be able to transport oneself to and from offices (including upstairs) and travel when necessary.Must be able to read, write and converse in English; be able to see with or without corrective lenses; be able tosufficiently hear with or without hearing assistance devices to respond and interface with co-workers and clients; could think logically and be able to lift and carry various office items up to 30 pounds.

ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

Office environment consists of a modular office that includes adequate lighting, heating/cooling, equipment and furniture in good working condition. Must be able to work constructively and cheerfully in an environment that may be stressful due to adversarial situations, and alwaysmaintainingcompany as well as employee confidentiality.The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
