Position: Executive Assistant–Wealth Management
Summary:
Our wealth management company is seeking a Wealth Management Associate based in Raleigh, NC. You will be a vital part of the Client Experience and will oversee our hospitality initiatives. You will work closely with our advisory team to implement the best experience for all existing and new clients.
An Wealth Management Associate Is the first point of contact for client Interactions and leads our community engagement Initiatives. The ideal candidate is exceptionally polished, professional, and driven. Primary responsibilities may include the following, among others:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To Perform the job successfully, the Individual must be able to perform each essential duty to the team's satisfaction:
Greet all In-person meetings
Schedule links for all virtual meetings and setup calls
Prepare meeting spaces
Meeting confirmation and follow up
Answer all Incoming calls
Assist with planning and preparation of client and employee events
Provide high-level administrative support and personal assistant duties managing partners and wealth associates
Proofread and distribute client content
Answer telephone, route calls, and take and distribute messages appropriately
Prepare conference rooms for meetings; clean and sanitize conference rooms after meetings •
Greet clients and visitors with courtesy and enthusiasm
Provide general office support including copying, faxing, and filing, as well as handling office and personal errands
Process and manage incoming and outgoing communications (fax, mail, packages, and email) following firm’s compliance policies
Manage calendars and schedule meetings and appointments, including authorization and logistical coordination with facilities, security, IT, and caterers • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries for business travel; manage and reconcile expense reports
Manage a high volume of tasks with keen attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy •
Serve as a back-up to additional administrative professionals as needed (cover front desk or other tasks as needed)
Communicate effectively with internal team members and external partners, positively and professionally
Possible travel to assist executives and direct manager
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES:
The following skills and abilities are required to perform this job successfully:
Willingness to learn, be a self-starter, with a “get-it-done” attitude
Excellent written verbal communication skills
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Financial services background preferred but not required
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
