All Options Health is currently seeking a trainable, adaptable, personable, and motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership qualities and the ability to positively influence the recruiting process.

We are searching for an individual who has success in recruitment and is able to fulfill monthly hiring goals through consistent communication and feedback.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• Post templated jobs on Indeed
• Source & schedule interviews with quality candidates
• Oversee budget spending
• Nurture candidates through licensing process, to fruition
• Assist in leading team of 15 recruiters
• Slideshow editing
• Virtual meeting organization
• Social media creativity & management
• Job fair on-site networking
