Windows/Azure System Administrator - TS/SCI

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled Windows/Azure focused administrator who will bring expertise in Active Directory and related Microsoft applications, Group Policy, PowerShell & PowerShell DSC, Azure Automation, and other pertinent technologies to support the software development life cycle (SDLC). This role is centered on enhancing our Azure capabilities and requires a proactive and knowledgeable professional to oversee system administration tasks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the System Administrator and subject matter expert on the Azure Cloud Platform, including Azure Networking, Active Directory Services, DNS, and GPO management.
    • Provide Tier 2/3 support and collaborate with Network Operations, Cyber Security, and other teams to optimize solutions for both on-premises and cloud capabilities.
    • Conduct analysis to support systems engineering functions for new system developments, critical system enhancements, and patches, adhering to rigorous system engineering and configuration management processes.

    What You Need to Bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience; alternatively, 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
    • Must meet 8570 IAT II requirements (typically Security or greater).
    • At least 2 years of experience in Cloud Systems Administration, preferably with Azure.
    • Willingness to travel up to 25% within CONUS.
    • Commitment to work onsite as remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this role.

    Desirable Qualifications:

    • Over 3 years of leadership experience in a relevant area.
    • Technical certifications such as Microsoft AZ104, AZ305, AZ500, AZ600; CISSP, CISM, CISA, GSLC, CASP, ITIL, CEH.

    Security Clearance:

    • An active TS/SCI clearance is required.
