• As a member of the AllSearch Recruiting Team, you will have access to a well-established client base to immediately begin working orders as you simultaneously build out your own base of business.  Additionally, we have a dedicated sales rep who will help you as you build and grow your territory!

• As a member of the AllSearch Recruiting Team, you will support Mechanical Service firms, Service Providers, Manufacturers, and Distributors across the nation. Qualifications:

• 2 years of proven recruiting success. 
• An entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, and a passion for building a career.  We want you to be the CEO of your own desk, and OWN your success!
• A friendly, relationship-minded personality, a desire to do right by your clients and candidates, and strong organizational skills.
• BS or BA degree is preferred, but not required.

Compensation:

• AllSearch offers a base salary in the 50k - 65k/year range plus a very strong quarterly commission and bonus package.  Recruiters can easily make 80k - 100k in their 1st year in the business.  100k  year two and beyond. Most experienced Recruiters at AllSearch earn 6 figures, while top performers earn 250k - 300k or more.
