The Digital Banking Specialist role is responsible for performing product support duties and assisting Treasury Management and the Bank Solutions Technology Product Managers, as directed. This position will provide a full range of professional, technical, and general support to internal customers, vendors, and bank personnel.
Ideal candidates will have an Associate degree in finance/accounting or an equivalent combination of commercial online banking support experience and/or education is required with at least 2-4 years' experience in a banking environment or similar financial institution is beneficial. Must possess strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, intuitively knowing how to research issues, investigate them and follow through to their inevitable conclusion and resolution. Excellent customer service, utilizing effective oral and written communication skills and etiquette, is required. Experience in writing formal procedural and training documentation and materials is beneficial. Knowledge of NACHA Rules and Regulations is beneficial. Familiarity with commercial banking products and services and rely on experience and judgment to see plans/projects through to execution within required timelines is preferred. Strong Computer skills are preferred (Excel, Word, browsers, etc.). Emphasis on worksheet experience, using multiple data sources and pivot tables, is preferred.
