As the Private Banking Executive Manager, you will work under the direction of the CEO of Wealth Management and the bank's Executive Committee. You will spearhead the development of a cutting-edge private banking platform to include product development and implementation, encompassing wealth management, credit facilities, banking products, and the seamless integration of financial planning services. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our offerings and ensuring the highest level of service to our valued clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for the private banking platform, aligning with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
• Lead the design and creation of specialized private banking products and services tailored to high-net-worth clients, including wealth management solutions, credit facilities, deposit offerings, and bespoke financial planning services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including wealth management, risk management, technology, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of private banking offerings.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and external partners, to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
• In close collaboration with the banking CEO partners, provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the private banking platform, tracking key metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for optimization.
• Develop a comprehensive compensation package for our private bankers, aligning the desired results with our compensation structure
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing private banking activities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA, JD, CFA, CPA, or CFP preferred.

• Proven track record of success in private banking or wealth management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of the needs and preferences of high-net-worth clients, along with a demonstrated ability to develop and deliver tailored solutions.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, capable of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices pertaining to private banking operations.
• Leadership qualities, including integrity, resilience, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment considering various constituencies and garnering the trust and confidence of executive management and the bank CEO partners.
