The Retail ECM Marketing - Head of Retail to Cards Marketing (SVP) is responsible for leading the marketing strategy and execution for Retail-to-Cards acquisition programs and supports Investment-to-Cards Wealth initiatives including CitiGold, Citi Self Invest and CPWM. This role will develop, defend and execute a detailed and robust omnichannel Marketing plan to create new and innovative ways to deliver incremental deposits and expense efficiencies. This role will further ensure a coordinated set of metrics to determine program effectiveness and maintain a tight lens on controls and budget.
