Application Question(s):

• Do you have a valid Real Estate License, if not are you willing to obtain one at your own expense? It will be required to have a valid Real Estate License to work as a Realtor. We offer a discount on classes to qualified applicants.
• You must be able to pass an FBI background check per Ohio State Real Estate Licensing Law, also must have reliable transportation to show clients houses, and a valid driver’s license.
