Job Title: Marketing Professional

Company Overview:

The Parker & Co team is an innovative and dynamic real estate firm seeking an experienced and talented Marketing Professional to join our team. As a marketing expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies in email marketing, workflow automation, social media marketing, PPC marketing, and mail marketing to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including crafting compelling subject lines, designing attractive and mobile-responsive email templates, personalizing content, and utilizing segmentation tactics to ensure effective engagement with the target audience.

2. Create and manage workflow automations to optimize lead nurturing, customer onboarding, and product adoption by recommending appropriate triggers and actions that enhance the customer experience.

3. Develop and execute social media marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions, by creating eye-catching visuals, crafting engaging stories, and promoting content through various advertising channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

4. Oversee PPC marketing campaigns to maximize ROI, by managing budget allocation, developing keyword strategies, creating engaging ad copy, and continuously optimizing performance through A/B testing, bid management, and targeting adjustments.

5. Develop and implement direct mail marketing campaigns using a mix of traditional and digital tactics, including designing informative brochures, creating persuasive sales letters, and optimizing mailing lists to reach the right target audience.

6. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including design, content, and sales, to create cohesive marketing collateral and ensure messaging consistency across all channels.

7. Measure and analyze campaign performance to draw actionable insights, by monitoring KPIs, tracking conversions, and optimizing strategies accordingly.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to implement new ideas and strategies that drive results.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of proven experience in various aspects of marketing, including email marketing, workflow automation, social media marketing, PPC marketing, and mail marketing.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
5. Proficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite or Sprout Social).
6. Analytical mindset, with the ability to draw insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
7. Creative and resourceful problem-solving skills, with an ability to think critically and strategically.
8. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
9. Enthusiasm for staying current with the latest trends and best practices in marketing.
