Responsibilities

• Be Tech savvy and have a creative spirit
• Maintain team calendar
• Prepare buyer and listing presentations
• Reconcile expenses
• Open and distribute mail
• Prepare all marketing materials
• Handle client inquiries and complaints
• Maintain supplies, office equipment and software
• Engage in PLACE Operations onboarding and ongoing consulting
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call

Your attention to detail is unsurpassed and you thrive on your high standards, quality of work and your ability to serve others. No task is too great or too small for you - your primary motivation is to support leaders and you do it well.

• Must have a minimum of 2 years in the real estate industry
• Team player
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded
• Organized
• Knowledge of canva and g-suite software is a must.
• Excellent time management and time blocking skills
• Quickly adapts to changing circumstances and doesn't get distracted.
